Everyday, in a million ways, society sends you this message about your death: "Death is bad, avoid it." Scripture, however, calls you to dismiss this lie and replace it with: "Death is the beginning. Welcome it." The Bible views death the way we view birth. No one, except the exhausted mom, weeps in the labor room. Everyone celebrates at birth.  And, in heaven, everyone celebrates at death! "The day you die is better than the day you are born" (Ecclesiastes 7:1 NLT). Dare this be true? Dare we see the cemetery as the eternal maternity ward? God does. And when you do, everything changes.
